Commissioning an instrument
Usually the first step in commissioning an instrument is to exchange some ideas about what you would like from an instrument. You might indicate what violinist’s sound you like, or you might have some specific requests in terms of size, model etc. During the process you might like to receive photographs of the building process. When the instrument is ready to begin its journey Martin will ensure its safe delivery. If you order an instrument a 10% deposit is asked for, the remainder payable on completion of the instrument. If you decide the instrument isn’t suitable, alternatives or adjustments can be discussed, or a full refund can be offered, less the cost of delivery. Servicing, tonal adjustments etc are free of charge. |
